About Us

Regent House is a brain child of several family members who during the early 1990’s wanted to give something back to the community and hence began searching for a prominent location in and around Brighton.

Together with friends a syndicate was formed and soon no. 107 and there after no. 109 The Drive were purchased. Using their engineering skills the investors used every effort to make Regent House a luxurious convalescence Home.

After much hard work and a great investment Regent House opened its doors in 1991. Caring for those who need to be cared for.

Besides the usual nursing care facilities all rooms in Regent House had an en suite facility which was unheard of in those days.

A physiotherapy pool was also established in the heart of the Home, which unfortunately today remains unused.

It is the founder’s wishes that Regent House provides the best accommodation and facilities for its Residents and this is true today.
